How To Order
Ordering from the Mustang Corral Website is Easy:
Browse any of our product catalogs, 24 hours-a-day, to select the parts and accessories that you want. After adding products to your shopping cart, simply click on the “checkout” button. The checkout process will walk you through several windows where you will be asked to provide information that we will need to process and ship your order. Payment for online orders can be made using your MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover.

Other Order Methods: If you prefer, you may place your order by calling our customer service department Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm CENTRAL time, Wednesday 9am to 8pm, or Saturday, 9am to 3pm. We are closed Sunday.

Mustang Corral has satisfied customers in several Countries around the World! All orders shipped outside the U.S. must be prepaid in U.S. funds (credit cards and wire transfers are most commonly used). Mustang Corral will select the most efficient shipping method for your order and call, FAX or Email you the order total, including shipping, for your approval. Please disregard the shipping figures displayed in the shopping cart; these figures represent U.S. ground based shipping costs.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Domestic Orders
DEPENDING ON SIZE-WEIGHT-LENGTH, ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES MAY APPLY.

REGULAR SHIPPING: Charges are based on a purchase amount chart. See additional information listed above.

For orders in Illinois, 6.6% sales tax will be added.

Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Puerto Rico
Orders must be prepaid by credit card or electronic wire transfer. Mustang Corral will select the most efficient shipping method for your order and call, FAX or Email you the order total, including shipping, for your approval. UPS ground service is available to most of Canada. UPS offers only next or 2nd day air to AK,HI, and PR. Smaller items can be mailed at less shipping. Call or Email us for rate quotes.

Oversize Items
Certain items noted in our catalogs must be shipped by Truck Freight because of size or weight limitations. These items, plus freight, must be prepaid. When you submit an Online order that includes one or more Truck Freight items, you will be contacted by our customer service staff with a freight quote for your approval. There is a threshold weight of 200 lbs. for truck shipments, since hoods, etc. weight less, it is best to order everything you need at the same time.

Rush Delivery
Next Day, Second Day are available in most areas. Due to fraudulent use of credit cards, anything over US$50.00 must be shipped COD-cashiers ckeck or money order only.

RETURNS
You may return any item to Mustang Corral within 30 days of receiving it. Always inspect your order immediately upon receipt to make sure it is correct and undamaged. Items returned after 30 days are subject to 25% restocking fee. To return anything within the 30-day limit, the following procedure must be followed:

1. Contact our Customer Service department by Phone or Email and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number. This number must appear on the front of the package you are returning.

2. Include the following with your return: (a) a copy of your original invoice and (b) a note stating why you are returning the item and whether you want a refund, replacement part or credit on account.

3. Insure the return package and pay the shipping charges. Freight collect packages are not accepted. If a return is due to our error, we will send a "call tag" and UPS will pick the item up.

All returns are accepted subject to inspection by Mustang Corral. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNED PARTS WHICH HAVE BEEN USED, MODIFIED OR PAINTED. NO RETURN ON ANY ELECTRICAL PART IF INSTALLATION HAS BEEN ATTEMPTED. NO RETURN ON ANY LINES(i.e. brake, transmission, fuel) IF INSTALLATION HAS BEEN ATTEMPTED.

DAMAGE CLAIMS
The carrier is responsible for delivering merchandise in good condition. Therefore, you should inspect each package upon delivery, point out any damage to the delivery person, call the carrier immediately and prepare the carrier’s claim form. Mustang Corral cannot replace merchandise damaged in transit if a damage claim has not been made.

OTHER POLICIES

Special Order Items
Some items listed in this catalog are made to order by the manufacturer. These “special order items” require pre-payment by Credit Card or wire transfer funds and are non-returnable.

Back Orders
Items temporarily out of stock will be placed on back-order unless you indicate that a refund should be made. On occasion, when we can fill your entire order, except for 1 or 2 items that may be out of stock, we may arrange to have those items drop-shipped to you directly from our suppliers so that all of your needed items are received promptly. All shipping charges on regular domestic orders are charged on the initial order, so back orders are shipped at no additional charge. Shipping on all other orders is charged when back orders are shipped. Back ordered items usually are shipped within 30 days, however, availability can change and Mustang Corral reserves the right to cancel any back order and issue a refund.

Refused Shipments
The customer is responsible for freight both ways on any shipment for which delivery is refused.

Warranty; Limited Liability
Merchandise is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Mustang Corral will, at its option, replace or refund the cost of defective merchandise as described under “RETURNS” above. Other warranties may be offered at the discretion of the manufacturers of merchandise distributed by Mustang Corral. There is no other express or implied warranty, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Mustang Corral shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of merchandise. This warranty may not be changed except by written notice signed by an officer of Mustang Corral.
